The Todos Santos Business Association Arts Foundation was exclusively organized as a 501(c)(3) for the charitable and educational purposes of promoting the awareness of arts and culture to include the following:

1. To promote education and public awareness of arts and culture, with the emphasis on participation, for the betterment of the community;

2. To provide opportunities for the development of the cultural and imaginative life of the Concord community and to the advancement of large-scale participatory events in the belief that such events, when artistically inspired, can play a major role in the resurrection and rejuvenation of the City’s spirit, economy and the life of its people.

3. To provide a venue for the exhibition of local community artists and their work

4. To expand boundaries of and opportunities to experience music and art through the creative production of performances and educational programs.
